2 with set-up reading means is handled carelessly, whereby the reading means can thus become unusable, or alternatively cannot be removed from the support leg. Another problem is that reading means can also be removed unintentionally, but in particular intentionally, if a person located on one side of the fence manages to extend or knock out the reading means from its position in a support leg.
US 2004/0245515 A1 describes an intrusion-proof fence. This document describes a permanent protection in the form of a plate placed over a bolt shell which makes it difficult to access the bolt shell with a tool and prevents the bolt from being removed.
The object of the present invention is to provide a support leg and a fence for temporary closure, respectively, which obviates the disadvantages associated with known technology. A further object is to provide an improved support leg and a fence for temporary relaxation, respectively, which allows a locking member to be easily and quickly brought into engagement / cooperation with the support leg and also be removed therefrom in an uncomplicated manner, while the reading member is protected against injuries and / or violence.
Summary of the invention The above objects are solved with the present invention relating to a support leg and a fence for temporary closure. The support leg has an adjustable length, a first side and a second side. The support leg is designed with sections for co-operation with locking means, intended to retain at least one wire at the support leg. The support leg comprises at least one protection device for each locking means, arranged to protect at least a first outer end of each locking means. The temporary fencing fence comprises a net having a first side and a second side, the means for anchoring the fence to the brackets, wires in the area of the upper and lower longitudinal edge of the net, respectively, so that the net and the wires are arranged to co-operate with each other. The fence further comprises at least one above-mentioned support leg according to the present invention, which support leg extends between the wires and cooperates with them, and locking means for retaining the wires at the support leg.
In accordance with the solution according to the present invention, removal and damage to the locking means are made more difficult. At the same time, the protection device allows temporary loosening and fastening of the locking means from the correct side.
Other objects, embodiments and advantages of the present invention are described in more detail in the description and in the appended claims.
Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will be described below with reference to embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows schematically in a side view a fence for temporary barrier according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 shows in a perspective view obliquely from the front of a support leg according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3 shows an enlarged view rotated 90 ° clockwise of a detail from Figure 2, Figures 4A and 4B schematically show different embodiments of protection devices according to the invention for the support leg and the fence according to fi gurene 1 Figure 5 shows a conventional locking member used according to the present invention for the support leg and the fence according to Figures 1-4, respectively, and Figure 6 shows a lower end portion of the support leg according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed description Figure 1 shows a fence for temporary relaxation according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprising a net 1 and at least two wires 3 and 5 arranged on the net, preferably of steel, for example of the type described in the patent specification. SE-C2-527280. The net can suitably extend from the ground up to a height which a person without tools can hardly cross, thus a height of approximately 1.5-3 m or more, if it is intended for use as a riot fence. However, if the net is intended for, for example, a construction site as a barrier or protection, the height may be 1-1.5 m. The nets of the net may be so fine that a person's hand or foot cannot pass through it, and the meshes may have a largest measured about 5 cm. According to an alternative design, the net meshes can have a much larger size, which can make it difficult to climb in the net. As also mentioned in the patent specification SE-C2-527280, the fence according to the present invention may also comprise wire tensioners (not shown) and the wire frames may suitably be provided at each of their ends with a means such as a loop 7, 9 for anchoring in a suitable attachment. Furthermore, the fence according to the present invention comprises at least one support leg 11 of adjustable length.
Figure 2 shows a support leg 11 of adjustable length, according to an embodiment of the present invention, which according to one embodiment comprises three parts 13A, 13B and 13C which are suitably telescopically displaceable in each other. The number of support leg parts can preferably be at least two, preferably 2-4 pieces. If the outrigger is to be about 3 m, three to four outrigger parts may be suitable, as the respective outrigger part can be designed with a suitable length of about one meter, which means that the outrigger parts pushed together can be accommodated on a pallet of standardized size. The first part 13A is intended to be accommodated in the second part 13B, which in turn is intended to be accommodated in the third part 13C. In the areas of the overlap between the first part 13A, the second part 13B and the third part 13C, respectively, the parts are provided with through holes 15, which can be arranged opposite each other and in which thereby a locking member 17, such as for instance a pin, can be accommodated. . In the area of the free ends 19A, 19C of the support leg, the parts 13A, 13C are also provided with through holes 15 in which a locking member 17 can be accommodated. The free ends are also provided with axially extending slots 21, 23, which are open in the direction of the end surfaces 24 of the support leg. The slots are intended to cooperate with the wire frames 3, 5, which is also described in more detail in patent specification SE-C2. -527280. In this case, the locking means 17 arranged in the holes 15 in the free ends 19A, 19C of the support leg have the task of retaining an associated wire 3, 5 in the slot 21, 23. However, it is possible that the support leg parts 13A, 13B and 13C can be arranged to each other in other ways. with the preferred embodiment with through holes 15 and pins 17. Likewise, according to a general embodiment, it is possible that the wires 3, 5 can be arranged to the support legs with locking means 17 of a different type than a pin.
The side of the support leg 11 which is arranged in a direction which is turned away, and at a distance, from the net 1 is referred to as the first side 24A. The side of the support leg 11 which is arranged adjacent to and / or in connection with the net 1, and arranged parallel to the longitudinal extent of the net, is referred to as the other side 24B. Likewise, the net 1 has a first side 1A and a second side 1B (see fi g. 1). The first side 1A of the net is arranged adjacent to and / or in connection with the second side 24B of the support leg 11, while the second side 1B of the net faces towards away from the support leg 11, and preferably towards that for which the fence is intended. to protect against. In accordance with the present invention, the support leg comprises at least one protection device 25 for each locking means 17, arranged to protect at least a first outer end 26 of each locking means 17, so that removal and damage to the locking means 17 is made difficult, while the protection device 25 allows quick release and attachment of the locking means 17. The protection device 25 may be arranged on the first side 24A of the support leg 11, the protection device preferably being designed so as to make it difficult to remove the locking means 17 from the second side 24B. The protection device 25 can furthermore be designed so that the locking member 17 can only be inserted or removed from the first side of the net / fence. Suitably, the protection device 25, arranged on the first side 24A of the support leg 11, comprises a collar-shaped portion projecting with a distance A1 (see Fig. 6) which is further out than a distance A2 which the locking member 17 projects, in a direction from the first page 24A.
As mentioned above, with reference to Figure 2, the support leg 11 may be provided with a number of through holes 15 in which a respective locking member 17 is intended to be fitted to retain a wire at the support leg. In this case, the support leg 11 may comprise a further protection device 29 for each locking member 17, arranged to protect at least a second outer end 30 (see fi g. 5) of each locking member 17, which projects beyond the flat surface constituting the other side 24B of the support leg. Figure 3 shows an enlarged view rotated 90 ° clockwise of the outer free end of one of the support leg parts (here part 13A is shown) in Figure 2, which shows the additional protection device 29 (see also Figure 6). Namely, the upper, outer free end 19A need only be provided with a through hole 15. For simplicity, only one through hole 15 has been shown on the coupling between two support leg portions 13A and 13B in Figure 2, but of course the number may be two or fls on all the support leg portions except the upper, outer free end 19A of the upper support leg portion 13A, and the number of locking means provided at each support leg portion can also be varied. For example, it may be desirable to provide two locking means 17 in a connection between the support leg parts 13B and 13C as shown in fi g. 2 and also between the support leg parts 13A and 13B (not shown) in the case where the coupling has through holes 15 as discussed above. The additional protection device 29 may be formed as a cylindrical or cup-shaped portion which is fixedly arranged, suitably welded, to the flat surface of the other side 24B of the support leg 11 and thus forms an integral part with the support leg 11. Since the upper the free end 19A only needs to have a through hole 15, as shown in fi g. 3, only an additional protection device 29 is shown, designed as a cup-shaped portion in fi g. 3. On the other hand, the number of additional protection devices 29 may be two or two for the other two support leg portions 13B and 13C and correspond to the number of through holes 15 found on the first side 24A of the support leg. An example of this is shown in fi g. 6, where on the lower free end 19C three additional protection devices 29 are arranged on the second side 24B of the support leg, and located opposite three corresponding through holes 15 on the first side 24A of the support leg.
Figures 4A and 4B show further embodiments of collar-shaped portions 27 for protection devices 25 for the support leg and the fence, respectively, according to Figures 1-3.
As shown by fi g. 4A, the collar-shaped portion 27 may be constituted by an L-shaped portion 27A. As shown in Fig. 4B, the collar-shaped portion 27 may be constituted by two separate portions, an upper plate 27B and a lower plate 27C.
Figure 5 shows a conventional locking member 17 which according to the present invention is used for the support leg 11 and the fence according to Figures 1-4, respectively. As mentioned above, the locking member 17 has a first outer end 26 and a second outer end 30. In the first outer end 26 of the locking member, an operating device 33 is provided, such as a push button or the like. Arranged in the second outer end 30 of the locking member is a locking device 35, for example of a conventional kind in the form of two or kul spherical members which can be folded into the surface 37 of the locking member, or folded out so that they partially protrude from the surface 37 (which condition is shown in fi g. 5), when operating the operating device 33. When the operating device 33 of the locking means is depressed, the locking device 35 (eg falls in) is deactivated, while the operating device 33 in the expressed position activates the locking device 35 (eg falls out) of Thus, the insertion of the locking member 17 into, respectively the recess from, the protection device 25 can be quickly and efficiently permitted by operating the operating device 33. It is thus preferred that the operating device 33 is arranged on the end of the locking member 17 facing the first side of the support leg. 24A (see fi g. 2 and 6). The locking device locking device 35 may be arranged to cooperate with the first side wall of the support leg 11 on the first side 24A, alternatively the locking device 35 of the locking member is arranged to cooperate with the second side wall of the support leg 11 on the second side 24B, or cooperation both with the first and second side walls .
Each locking member 17 is suitably a separate element. That is, the reading means is thus not formed in one piece with the support leg 11. Each locking means 17 preferably extends in a direction which is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L of the stake. Each locking means 17 suitably extends through the first side wall (at the first side 24A) of the support leg 11, and the second side wall (at the other side 24B) of the support leg. However, each locking member 17 extends only through the net, and below / over the respective wire 3, 5 to which the net is fixed in the slots 21, 23, in the free outer lower and upper ends 19A and 19C, respectively. Figure 6 shows a lower end portion which here constitutes the free end 19C of the third part 13C of the support leg 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention. If the fence is to be mounted on an uneven surface, the support legs may preferably be provided with slots 23A in the lower free ends 19C which have an axial extent extending along at least 1/10 of the length of the support leg part 13C, preferably 1/10 up to 2 / 5 and most preferably 1/10 to 1/5.
This embodiment allows the wire 3, 5 arranged in the slot to better follow the height differences of the substrate.
